Electronic Appeals

On 2 January 2023, an updated version of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No.300-Z "On Appeals by Citizens and Legal Entities" of 18 July 2011 (as amended on 28 June 2022) came into force.

This Law establishes that electronic appeals to state bodies and other state organisations, as well as the receipt of responses (notifications) to such appeals, shall be conducted through the Unified (Integrated) Republican State Information System for Recording and Processing Appeals by Citizens and Legal Entities (the Appeals Recording and Processing System).
