Appointments with university administrators are by prior arrangement only.

To schedule an appointment, please call +375 17 357 15 44 no later than 17.00 on the working day preceding the requested appointment date.

In the temporary absence of the Rector on the scheduled appointment day, the reception will be conducted by the official serving as Acting Rector.

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances making it impossible for the Rector to conduct scheduled appointments, the reception will be conducted by one of the university's Vice-Rectors authorised by the Rector.

In such cases, citizens and/or representatives of legal entities who have booked an appointment with the Rector will be contacted by the Rector's reception secretary to confirm their appointment time for that day or to reschedule for another date.

If it is not possible for the Vice-Rectors to conduct the reception, it will be conducted by another official authorised by the Rector
