Psychological Support

The university's psychological service is here for everyone interested in psychology, eager to learn more about themselves, build confidence, improve communication skills, overcome fears, navigate difficult situations, or simply meet new and interesting people.

You are welcome to contact us and choose a topic that interests you for a conversation or an interactive session. You can also suggest your own topic based on what matters to you right now.

If you are ready to work on yourself, we offer workshops – one of the most effective ways to understand, accept, and grow as a person. They give you a chance to see yourself from a new perspective, receive honest feedback from others, step outside your comfort zone, and gain valuable new experiences.

If you are experiencing psychological difficulties – feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or low; struggling with relationships with peers, parents, or lecturers; or if you simply need someone to talk to – please reach out for an individual consultation. We are here to listen and support you.
