• To ensure the implementation of international activities within the framework of intergovernmental agreements and treaties in education and science.

• To develop mutually beneficial partnerships with educational and scientific institutions, cultural organizations, embassies, and international organizations abroad.

• To promote the export of BSUFL's educational services within global education systems.

• To support and facilitate the development of international students enrolled at the university.

Main Functions: 

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of BSUFL's international activities.

• Organizing events to provide organizational, technical, informational, and analytical support for international initiatives aimed at developing BSUFL as a national and international center for education, science, and culture, integrated into the global educational system.

• Coordinating the work of BSUFL's structural units in their participation in international programs and projects.

• Creating, coordinating, and implementing projects to explore new external markets and diversify the export of BSUFL's educational services within global education systems.

• Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the admission of international students to the university, and liaising with state authorities and organizations on matters related to the stay and studies of international students.

• Organizing and coordinating international recruitment activities for international students.

• Developing, monitoring, and controlling mechanisms for implementing informational and analytical activities concerning international cooperation in education and science.

• Developing initiatives aimed at maintaining and promoting a positive image of BSUFL in the international educational arena, increasing BSUFL's recognition among international consumers and partners, and monitoring their implementation.
